JAV galios ir jutimo technologijų specialistas Onsemi baigė įsigyti „Silicon Carbide Junction“ lauko ir efekto tranzistoriaus (SIC JFET) technologijų verslą iš JAV „Qorvo“ už 115 milijonų dolerių.
Pridedant SIC JFET technologiją, Onsemi elito galios portfelis papildys. EVS „SIC JFET“ padeda pagerinti efektyvumą ir saugumą, pakeisdami kelis komponentus kietojo kūno jungikliu, esančiu akumuliatoriaus atjungimo blokuose.
